How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed before 15:00 pm will be processed the same day and will be delivered within 24/48 hours. For example, if you complete your order at 11.00 on Tuesday, what happened at home on Wednesday / Thursday. If you complete the order after 15:00 pm, we will prepare the order the next day, that is, we will arrive within 72 hours. We cannot prepare orders on Sundays, holidays or Monday due to the closure of the fish market. You can make purchases online at any time, but we will have to wait until the next business day to prepare your order.

Once the order is placed, no change in the shipping address is allowed, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are included in the total cost of the order:

  • Valencia:  free shipping on orders over  € 50,  purchases under 50 € will be charge 10 € shipping.
  • Castellón: free shipping on orders over  € 50,  purchases under 50 € will be charge 12 € shipping.
  • Alicante: free shipping on orders over  € 100,  purchases under 130 € will be charge 15 € shipping.
  • Rest of the peninsula: free shipping on orders over  € 100,  purchases under 130 € will be charge 18 € shipping.

What are the delivery zones and hours?

Our delivery areas is Spain, in the peninsular area. For logistical reasons the sale of fresh fish will only be possible in the Valencian Community; rest of communities only sale of frozen products will be available.

In principle and depending on future demands our transport schedule will be:

  • Tuesday from 15:00 to 17:00
  • Wednesday from 17:00 to 19:00
  • Thursday from 18 to 20:00
  • Friday 17:00 to 20:30

These schedules could be modified according to customer demand, adjusting it to new demands

Can I request the shipment of an order outside of Spain or outside of our already stipulated delivery range?

This option is not available at the moment.

This option may be modified depending on future demands.

What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier is going to deliver the order?

We will contact you immediately, if it is not possible to make the delivery, we will take the entire purchase to our establishment, and we will spend the next day at the same time, but this time we should charge the 5 euros of postage.

What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

If after a period of 48 working hours from the confirmation of your order you have not received it and we have not contacted you, please contact us through the email contactohogar@atcciomar.es

How should I go about returning an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase. If upon receipt of your order you are not satisfied, call us within 12 hours and we will come to collect it.

To offer an unprecedented trustworthy service, we offer you the option to refund your amount in the event that you do not meet the expectations of what you have purchased.
In order to return a purchase or an item, you must contact us at the customer service telephone number, within a period of less than 12 hours after receiving your purchase.
To make the return it will be essential to return the products in the same state that we have delivered them and the purchase ticket.

What is the deadline to make a return?

The maximum period you have to return any product is less than 12 hours

How and when will I receive the amount of my return?

Once the return is approved (when we verify that the returned items are in perfect condition and in the same conditions in which they were sent, that they have not been manipulated, that they retain their original labels and their complete original packaging) you will receive the amount of the same way in which you made the payment. We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account in a few days. Remember that the credit to your credit card always depends on your bank.

The amount paid will correspond to the PVP you paid for the returned items.

Transportation costs (both shipping and return) will be refunded only when responsible for the cause of the return of the product (shipping the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.).

Right of withdrawal

You can return your product in less than 12 hours.

Our products are fully guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, despite being products with special characteristics not subject to the right of withdrawal, we will replace the merchandise or refund the amount thereof, with collection at your home whenever the claim is made by email or call by telephone, within a maximum period of 12 hours from receipt of the order by the user. These products should never be kept out of the refrigerator.
