Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that Atccio Mar has not served the order correctly, the User may make the corresponding claim via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 961 260 661. This claim must include mandatory clearly descriptive photos of the state of the product and its packaging. Atccio Mar will analyze each claim received. In the event that it is considered appropriate to compensate the User, it would be done by refunding the amount paid (following the same payment method used in the purchase), or by sending a new product at AtccioMar’s expense.
